Modeling, Synthesizing and Recognizing Speech by Aerodynamic Analysis of the Vocal Tract

The goals of the project are:

• Aerodynamic Analysis of the Human Vocal Tract using Navier-Stokes equations
• Computational Modeling of the Vocal Tract using a novel nonlinear model based on speech aerodynamics
• Application of the new model for Articulatory Speech Synthesis
