My research interests lie in the area of speech and multimodal signal analysis and include speech/audiovisual production, synthesis, inversion, recognition and processing. I received the Diploma in electrical and computer engineering (with highest honors) and the Ph.D. degree from the National Technical University of Athens, Athens, Greece, in 2003 and 2009 respectively. From 2009 to 2012 I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. I was a member of the Signal Analysis and Interpretation Laboratory (http://sail.usc.edu) at the School of Electrical Engineering.
